Flu Season & Vaccine

We recommend you get your flu shot as soon as it is available in your area, particularly if you are over 65. The easiest way to get vaccinated is to contact your local pharmacy. Most pharmacies offer walk-in or scheduled appointments for the flu shot, making it quick and convenient. Once you have received your flu vaccine, please let us know so we can accurately update your medical records.

Dr. Gagnon to Dr. De Gasperis Practice Transfer

 

As previously shared, Dr. De Gasperis has officially taken over the practice. To ensure a seamless transition of your medical care, all patients are required to sign a Family Health Organization (FHO) enrollment form by March 31st. Please print the form and deliver the completed hard copy to our clinic.
